Farris Wu, Principal & Co-Founder
Farris obtained a Ph.D. from the University of Texas at Austin, and a B.S. and M.S. from Harbin Institute of Technology. He has published 40+ academic papers and tech patents. Farris co-founded DecorMatters, the venture-backed tech-driven interior design platform modernizing the massive furniture shopping industry. Prior to DecorMatters, Farris co-founded ZenStone Venture Capital and invested in 30+ tech startups. The entire portfolio has been valued more than $4 billion and raised more than $500 million capital. Farris was named to Top 20 Best Cross-Border Venture Capitalists by China Venture and Hurun Midas List in 2016. Prior to ZenStone, Farris co-founded ARC to bridge overseas capital and local opportunity. At ARC, Farris oversees capital market, asset management, deal sourcing, due diligence, deal terms and structures, and value add strategy.
Fay Yang, Principal & Co-Founder
Fay obtained a B.A. in Enterprise Management from University of San Francisco. Fay co-founded DecorMatters, the venture-backed tech-driven interior design platform modernizing the massive furniture shopping industry. Prior to DecorMatters, Fay co-founded ZenStone Venture Capital and invested in 30+ tech startups at early stages. The entire portfolio has been valued more than $4 billion and raised more than $500 million capital. Prior to ZenStone, Fay co-founded ARC to bridge overseas capital and local opportunity. She has executed over $50 million transactions and leased out 200,000 sqft space with directly sourcing most of them across all property types in both core and opportunistic investments. At ARC, Fay oversees deal sourcing, due diligence, deal terms, value-added projects, property management, and finance.
Claudia Liu, Property Manager

Claudia, Commercial Property Manager, is responsible for the management of the property portfolio at ARC.
Claudia has five years of experience in property management industry, with the management experience of over one million square feet of commercial and residential properties in the San Francisco Bay and Greater Sacramento Areas. Besides of day to day operational management, she also oversights budget preparation, year-end accounting management and financial forecasting. In addition, she is also responsible for new business development and client business relationship.
Claudia has a Bachelor of Science in Managerial Economics from University of California Davis. She is a licensed real estate agent and a member of National Association of Realtors.
Cherry Li, Marketing Manager

Cherry, Marketing Manager, is overseeing the management of marketing activities and business development at ARC.
Cherry has five years of marketing and rental property management experience in San Francisco bay area. Besides of marketing and business development, she also oversights investor relations, public relations and human resources.
Cherry has a Master of Public Administration (MPA) from Columbia University, a Bachelor of Public Affairs Administration from HuaZhong University of Science and Technology, and a double-majored Bachelor of Economics from Wuhan University.
Rebecca Wang, Accountant

Rebecca, Accountant, takes full charge of bookkeeping responsibility, oversees financial reporting and operation, and prepares financial statements.
Prior to joining Alpha Realty Capital, Rebecca has more than three years hands on experiences in public accounting firms. She has expertise to prepare corporation financial records, tax returns and to interact with clients and taxing authorities.
Rebecca has a Master of Management with finance concentration from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute, a Bachelor in Economics from Nanjing University of Posts and Telecommunications. She is a California-licensed Certified Public Accountant.
