Farris Wu, Principal and Managing Director, is a member of the Investment Committee at Alpha Realty Capital (ARC). Farris leads deal sourcing, due diligence, deal terms and structures, partnership development, asset management, tax planning, and financial planning and analysis. Farris is also actively involved in the complex value-added projects.
Farris is a serial entrepreneur who has co-founded businesses in commercial real estate, venture capital and consumer technology industries.
Prior to co-founding ARC, Farris co-founded and served as managing director of ZenStone Venture Capital (ZenStoneVC.com), a Silicon Valley based VC firm investing in companies at the stages of post-seed and early venture. Farris overseas the deal sourcing, due diligence, valuation, market analysis and partnership development. He is actively connecting with oversea investors with the entrepreneurial community in Silicon Valley and helping ZenStone spot the up and coming disruptive innovations.
Prior to turning to the private equity industry, Farris lead academic research and built his reputation in developing the most sophisticated fast computing algorithms for solving the largest multi-physics problems. After Ph.D. graduation, he started his career as Senior Physics Scientist at Applied Materials, Inc., leading strategic projects on critical etching and cleaning processes to develop the next generation equipment of the semiconductor industry, where he contributed to both software and hardware innovations to help executives bring Atomic Precision Etching technology from concept to product.
He holds Ph.D. from University of Texas at Austin, and Bachelor and Master from Harbin Institute of Technology, China, all in Electrical Engineering. He published 30+ academic articles and filed 6 technology patents on computational algorithms, high performance computing, electrical engineering, and plasma physics.

Fay Yang, Principal and Managing Director, is a member of the Investment Committee at Alpha Realty Capital (ARC). Fay leads deal sourcing, due diligence, deal terms, value-added strategy and projects, asset management, lease terms and management, financing and disposition.
Fay is a serial entrepreneur who has co-founded businesses in commercial real estate, venture capital and consumer technology industries.
Prior to co-founding ARC, Fay co-founded and served as managing director of ZenStone Venture Capital (ZenStoneVC.com), a Silicon Valley based VC firm investing in companies at the stages of post-seed and early venture. Fay overseas the due diligence, market analysis and partnership development.
Prior to that, she works as a licensed real estate broker in GD Commercial, an asian community oriented real estate firm specializing in commercial transactions. She executed more than $50 million in real estate transactions in three years, with directly sourcing most of them across all property types in both core and opportunistic investments.
Prior to joining GD, Fay held a number of positions of increasing responsibility across the real estate and financial service industries, including the development projects of the largest asian retail center and multiple large residential apartments in San Francisco Bay Area.
Fay also held primary asset management responsibilities for most deals and executed more than 200,000 square feet of office and retail leases.
Fay holds a Bachelor of Art in Enterprise Management from University of San Francisco.

Claudia Liu, Commercial Property Manager, is responsible for the management of the property portfolio at Alpha Realty Capital (ARC).
Claudia has five years of experience in property management industry, with the management experience of over one million square feet of commercial and residential properties in the San Francisco Bay and Greater Sacramento Areas. Besides of day to day operational management, she also oversights budget preparation, year-end accounting management and financial forecasting. In addition, she is also responsible for new business development and client business relationship.
Claudia has a Bachelor of Science in Managerial Economics from University of California Davis. She is a licensed real estate agent and a member of National Association of Realtors.
Cherry Li, Marketing Manager, is overseeing the management of marketing activities and business development at Alpha Realty Capital (ARC).
Cherry has five years of marketing and rental property management experience in San Francisco bay area. Besides of marketing and business development, she also oversights investor relations, public relations and human resources.
Cherry has a Master of Public Administration (MPA) from Columbia University, a Bachelor of Public Affairs Administration from HuaZhong University of Science and Technology, and a double-majored Bachelor of Economics from Wuhan University.
Rebecca Wang

Rebecca Wang, Accountant, takes full charge of bookkeeping responsibility, oversees financial reporting and operation, and prepares financial statements.
Prior to joining Alpha Realty Capital, Rebecca has more than three years hands on experiences in public accounting firms. She has expertise to prepare corporation financial records, tax returns and to interact with clients and taxing authorities.
Rebecca has a Master of Management with finance concentration from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute, a Bachelor in Economics from Nanjing University of Posts and Telecommunications. She is a California-licensed Certified Public Accountant.
