Real Estate Accounting Staff

Alpha Realty Capital is a commercial real estate investment and property management firm with $100 million asset under management. We are actively looking for a talented, motivated and experienced accountant to join our exceptional team and lead the finance team. Minimum Requirements -Bachelor or Master degree in Accounting or Finance -3-5 years experience -Strong working knowledge of GAAP and financial reporting procedures -Excellent communication skills (phone, e-mail, and in person) -Advanced computer skills in MS Office, accounting software and databases -Prior direct experience with full cycle payroll responsibilities -Outstanding work ethics -Ability to multi-task, work independently, and meet deadlines -CPA certification preferred -Bilingual Chinese & English preferred Responsibilities include but are not limited to: -Financial reporting of all entities -Assist to prepare annual audit and tax return -Review expense reports and manage A/P -Payroll processing -Perform analysis of financial statement, providing insight and recommendation to management team -Comply with local, state, and federal government registration and reporting requirement -Maintain and review insurance for proper coverage, renewal, amendments Offering:
